I Lost My Father

It's been a little over a week and I'm not sure how to process it. He was happy and healthy one day and the next day he was gone. I still don't know how to process is. Thank you for being an amazing friend and teaching me what I needed to learn.

I’m sorry for your loss. I’m losing both my parents to dementia and poor health. It’s killing me seeing them so frail and how quickly they have both deteriorated. I have words of comfort for them and actions of love. I love them both so much it’s so hard letting go.
