I Lost My Father

It's been a little over a week and I'm not sure how to process it. He was happy and healthy one day and the next day he was gone. I still don't know how to process is. Thank you for being an amazing friend and teaching me what I needed to learn.

My condolences. I have some idea of what it's like. My wife passed one night in her sleep, totally unexpectedly. It's almost three years now but occasionally I still struggle to believe it. I still hear her voice, her laugh. that was a shock at first but now it's comforting. We all grieve differently. It may take a while but you will find the right way for you & no doubt help you mom in the process. Best wishes to you & your family.
