Change your thinking, positive thoughts bring positive outcomes. It can be hard, this I know, however it's possible. All those thoughts and reasons you believe make you unhirable, throw them out the window! Don't give the universe that as your reason. The perfect job is out there, for every job in this world, there is a person who is the perfect fit. Tell your self this daily, every time you have a negative thought reinforce with several positive 🌞🌞🌞
