Is it Possible To Hack A TV Remote Control?

@Ambroseguy80 there was a device being sold way over a decade ago that you could turn a tv off, some people would walk around in Walmarts or other stores and turn off all the TVs with it or turn off airport TVs, they said it was strong enough you could possibly do it to a neighbor’s tv.

@cherokeepatti Hahaha... a kid I went to middle school with had a watch that did that.

We had a TV day one day and this kid's watch was found to be responsible for turning the TV off - needless to say, the watch was confiscated by a teacher... 🤣

@cherokeepatti Try it again while you are awake, preferably from the same location in the room. You want the conditions as exact as possible to the last time that it happened to see if you can recreate the same event.
