You know, in your case, you probably need the extra calories and your body is telling you that. You need extra fuel when you exercise so much.☺️

@Lostandfound46 I really believe it is but you are very smart. I mean, you do really work out on an athlete level. That requires calories and for building lean muscle.

Protein with a little fat. Try a scrambled egg, fried in olive oil, or make a small omelette with cheese in the middle. It stops the horrible hungries.

@Lostandfound46 You will be miserable all day unless you give your body some protein and fat when it is screaming for it. 200 calories for an egg with oil.

@Lostandfound46 I burn 150cals during that period. Sometimes it includes different types of push-ups. Around 100 push-ups. Tell me you can do more then that?

I remind myself just how fat I don't wanna get. I eat fruit and veg to snack on if I need to and drink plenty of water too.

if you need to stop yourself, usually starting to work on a project helps
