@Lostandfound46 three hours in a day is too much. Even 30 minutes exercising makes me sweat alot. I do around 18-20 exercises in that duration

@Lostandfound46 I burn 150cals during that period. Sometimes it includes different types of push-ups. Around 100 push-ups. Tell me you can do more then that?
