Protein with a little fat. Try a scrambled egg, fried in olive oil, or make a small omelette with cheese in the middle. It stops the horrible hungries.

@Lostandfound46 You will be miserable all day unless you give your body some protein and fat when it is screaming for it. 200 calories for an egg with oil.

@4meAndyou I have my lunch prepared already ... so I m waiting for 12 😂😂😂😂 but meantime my hunger is going mad 😠.. I would love to make that egg tho 😭😭😭😭
