Fitness is very different to bulk muscle. Remember the Fat you don't see, is the Fat around your internal organs, vs gut fat around the belly.

Fitness, is your blood sugar level, your triglycerides, your resting heart rate.

Window dressing, as what one deems "Looking Good" pleasing to the eye, been able to show of, again is not fitness.

When you radiate Health, healthy glow from the mixture of rest, mental well being, exercise, clarity of life, then you are fit to be called Fitness. ..

@SoFine yes I’m aware... perhaps don’t presume all I do is lift weights. I also do yoga, ride a bike, and train in martial arts
