@Yukiken96 seriously? You don't look to be at that % in this picture.

I'm sitting at around 14% which is healthy weight ratio. Anything between 3-20% is ok. Above that you're at risk.

I'm sure you'll be ok. Did you ever tried fasting diet? Works absolutely great for me

@Evilnine86 I used to weight more than that. Yes, I'm currently on intermittent fasting now and I find that helps me burn more calories when I exercise

@Yukiken96 it does work especially combined with cardio or strength & conditioning exercises. I'm sure you can go down easily below 20% just stick with the plan and you'll be fine.
