That's not how it works. Muscle and fat are different things. You lose muscle by being inactive. You gain fat by being inactive.
You can lose muscle mass if you lose so much fat that your body starts using muscle to feet itself. That's why serious runners are so lean. So it's a balance. Just remember that everyone has a six pack. Lose the fat - see the six pack. If you want real results I'd suggest learning how to diet. Lots of smaller meals made up of the right stuff along with cardio/weight training. At your age you can transform your body quickly if you commit.
