Can a schizophrenic know he's schizophrenic? I've read that 9 times out of 10 someone who thinks they are going crazy usually isn't and that's a good indicator because they know somethings wrong

My Cousin Knows He's Schizophrenic; Although That May Be Because His Mom Tries To Get Him To Take His Meds, Not Because He Just Notices A Change.
