I Am Trying to Drink More Water Every Day

I bought one of those QuiFit Gallon Water bottles from Amazon and it came yesterday. Today is my fist day using it, and surprisingly I'm still on schedule! Its 11:30 a.m and my water is a little under the 11 a.m mark.

This could really help me, but the challenge will be filling it everyday. I don't drink tap water.

I love water. It's true that we are substituting coffee, tea, and soft drinks for water far too often.

I drink tap water because I have a PUR water filter right on the tap. It removes all the bad stuff.

Did you know that if you drink bottled water, it is usually tap water that has been filtered?

@4meAndyou Yes, I used to have a water filter on my faucet when I lived on campus, but I'm back home now. Once I move out into my own place I will be getting it again for sure!
