I Am Lost, I Am Lost In My Mind, My Emotions, My Feelings

Sometimes you feel blue and sad. And sometimes, you can’t do anything about that. The things that you [i]might[/i] do would make matters worse; they would hurt other people and hurt yourself. And once you realize that, you can’t do those things.

You can’t even be openly sad, because that bothers other people. They try to make you be not-sad, and when it doesn’t work, they think you’re weird.

So you just have to be quiet and hope it goes away soon.

I went for so long hiding feelings and burying thoughts until the stress began to manifest itself in unhealthy ways. when I finally went to therapy and opened up to people they wouldn't believe me. Not the happy go lucky guy it's just a phase. I know they think I'm weird but then those are the people I don't need in my life right now.
