I Am a Victim of Emotional Abuse

I really need someone to talk to my abusive ex is trying to talk to me again and break me down. Sigh. He had choked me, threw me across his living room, threatened me, kicked me, called me all kindsa names. I hate him . Im struggling. Thanku for reading this post. :)

Don't let him, block him out. Those guys just don't change - even when they want to, their inner demons will keep pushing them into abusing you. Maybe talk to a Womans Refuge or a Battered Womans shelter - you may not need to relocate, but they will generally be happy to give you advice on the situation.
