what are you struggling with? Whether or not to ALLOW him back into your life to continue to abuse you? You think he's a different person who will respect and love you now? Men who behave that way have NO clue what love is or means. He'll keep doing it. Especially if you take him back. That is a clear sign that you have very low self esteem and self worth. The exact type of woman males like him prey on. You have 2 choices. Don't get back into that world just so you aren't alone. You will still be alone...all alone with an abusive jerk.

Do not go there again...ignore him! He will abuse you again if you go back with him.

Emotional abuse? You are a victim of domestic violence. He will NOT change, in fact he will say and do things to make you believe he changed but he will AlLWAYS go back and do the same stuff to you. Be strong, get help and do not go back to him.

You deserve much better. Avoid him like the plague. If he persists, there are services that will help you deal with him ... use them.

Do not ever entertain the idea of a jerk like that to re-enter your life.

Don't let him, block him out. Those guys just don't change - even when they want to, their inner demons will keep pushing them into abusing you. Maybe talk to a Womans Refuge or a Battered Womans shelter - you may not need to relocate, but they will generally be happy to give you advice on the situation.
