I Am a Victim of Emotional Abuse

I took a test online.

https://www.gosmartlife.com/emotional-abuse-test

It's worse than I thought. I got 66.7%

"If you scored between 61% and 100%, there is a likelihood of severe emotional abuse and/or violence. You need to get outside help to assist you in establishing a safe home to live in. Afterwards, you can then consider your relationship options."

Does anyone have any experience dealing with this? I'm not sure where to turn for help. Most resources for victims are geared towards women.
40 points. No one can help me.

1. To release the chains, those ties you to your abuser. Is to forgive yourself, for being in the situations that allowed this to occur. To forgive them and you. Else you carry them with you. (To forget is different)
2. When you relive the hurt, your body thinks that you are still under attack. If you get sick or empty of energy, then notice if your mind is still thinking over these old hurts. They will drain your mojo, when you still think on the abuse. We are victims, the length of time we are victim depends on our thinking old thoughts.

Each day is new, it never happened before, Why infringe the new, with your old hurts.

To be
To be free, from past.
Go see a professional - don't put too much emphasis on these results because they can change depending on your mood/memories on the day.

A counselor would be a good start.
