The shifting of the seasons is what does it to me.
However, how badly depends on a large number of factors.
Right now, I'm mostly okay. In a month, I dunno.

@Amyrakunejo It's definitely the shifting of the seasons for me, too. That's a better way to describe it.

Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is a type of depression that's related to changes in seasons
I think my dad gets it, when the bad weather comes and can't get out as much.

It affects me, but for good. I feel more active and in a better mood in general.
@Cierzo Me too. I love cold weather. If it's snowing instead of raining I'm even happier.

Me too, I try to make things cosy at home (nice decoration, dimmed lights, relaxing music,...) and try to occupy myself more than usual during that time ^^
Is it really the cooler weather or is it SADDS. Have you tried some kind of light therapy? Or asked your doctor to check your vitamin D levels?
perceptivei · 36-40, F
@CleverFunnyNameGoesHere No. I take vitamin D on a regular basis though. 🤷♀️
