@Tastyfrzz a doctor told me to exercise 30 mins every other day or till I need to catch my breath, and meditate the other days cause there's a hormone that is released that gives comfort the way emotional eating does. I went to the doctor because I weigh way too much, and suspected that a pill I'm taking was making it harder for me to stop eating too much - and his advice works!
