I just took a 90 min walk.

That gives me a result of 17500 steps today. Yesterday I walked 13000+. My goal is to get 20000 steps a day 5 days a week, so either I will have to start drinking more coffee/energy drinks, or I'll have to lower my expectations...

Last week with 5 days á 20000+ steps was crazy, my waist got smaller by the day, I want to continue with that success 🏋🏻‍♀️
