Looking for how to fix a freezing keyboard

This just started happening recently I did have a problam with it shutting but was a Canadian thing. I can't close down the site as my iPad is to old to update @jackson55

depending on the age it might just need cleaning from dust ,, or you might need a new one from to much use ,,,

It could be your connection.

You must press the Home button and the Power button at the same time for at least 10 seconds. When the Apple logo comes up on the screen, you can release them. That indicates that the tablet is restarting. Once it has booted up again, try the keyboard. Might work!

They can last for years, but it's not unusual for them to go out after some time. Make sure it's not just a bad connection. You might try unplugging it and plugging it back in. Sometimes, the connection can be faulty.

Put it in a 350°, pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes.
When a toothpick comes out with melted plastic on it, it's done.

depends on why, hold down the cntrl button and press F6, that resets it on some computers

did you try to press Alt / Shift / Delete, simultaneously?
