FIRST off - reboot your computer. (shutdown then power back on). Next install Malwarebytes (free version) and then run a FULL scan of your computer. ANYTHING it finds, delete and then when all done, reboot again. See how your keyboard is working after. If it is still a problem, buy a new keyboard. They do occasionally go bad. (very unusual tho).
