@smileylovesgaming back when I worked for her we just respected her enough to not lol. She gibbs slapped us when we acted out. Yelled a lot but we learned to be damn good employees and cooks. Most of us own our own restaurants now

I think most people would be gobsmacked of the way kitchens used to be run. I've seen plenty of pots and knives thrown by head chefs at commis chefs

@Rosiechick13 that's awesome. She taught you some life lessons that many young people today never learn and that's no work ethic nor do they take pride in anything they do.
