My mom's a chef I grew up working for her.

Me and my friends all watch her now and say it's bs how soft she is on the staff. She used to be like Ramsey. Shit she literally threw my phone in the dishwasher........ Now they are on phones not cleaning. We all go to the restaurant and look at her like wtf

I think most people would be gobsmacked of the way kitchens used to be run. I've seen plenty of pots and knives thrown by head chefs at commis chefs
