I Am Out Of Shape

Well, I had to have a physical today so my doctor can put me on an exercise plan soon. My cholesterol test was a little shocking and he's making me lose weight x.x
I weighed in at 274 and my resting bp was 147/93, which is better.
They made me do a 1 mile walk test and walk the mile as fast as I could! My heart rate maxed at 143 bpm.
I just wanna eat donuts and drink sweet tea. X.X

lol - don't we all just wanna eat doughnuts and drink sweet tea! You can drop it - cut way back on carbs, no more sugary drinks, and don't eat after 6 p.m. I lost sixty pounds in about 7 months and most of it came off in the first few. I cut back on portion sizes and cut out carbs. I also have a thyroid issue which makes my metabolism stall, so I know how hard it can be to lose weight. The issue is keeping it off. Carbs are not my friend.
