I Am Struggling With My Sexuality

I have a extreme fear of sex and labor pain. I have been sexually abused in this life time but I feel deep inside my heart that these fears have roots in my past lives.
Sometimes I get really depressed because of this.
I am trying to overcome my fear for two and a half year but nothing helped.

If you want the truth ,there really is no fix or cure for the sexually abuse ,rape , The biggest problem is very few therapist /counselors have been raped or sexually abused,so it is impossible for them to have any idea how we feel.I think tthe aftermath of rape and sexual abuse is way worse than the abuse itself.The only thing i found that has worked is trying to find a level of acceptance that you can live with .and try to find other victims who are the only ones who will ever understand you ,and validate what your going through . take care (also a sexual abuse survivor)
