Working on a 1946 GMC, can't find a particular bolt...

I have to destroy the original bolt in order to finish the job, and I can't find a replacement.🤬🤬🤬 Searching for two days, with a partially disassembled truck in my driveway. Unfortunately, I can't just grab one from the hardware store.

It must be some fancy bolt!??

@walabby Has a very specific shank length, and takes a castle nut and cotter pin. Not fancy, just meant for a certain mounting purpose.
