You keep it in your head. In the actual physical journal, all you'll need is a couple of key words to bring it all back to the forefront of your thoughts. Date, key words, and one word describing the emotion connected with that memory. I promise, you will not lose anything that you think is big enough to keep secret.

Well. Even if nobody see my diaries now... I have kids. Have you ever wondered what will your children think of you when they are older and for some reason they decide to read your journals? Specialy questionable conduct.😅

@ineedadrink If there is an actual, physical, written account of an event, there is no guarantee that it won't be seen by someone.

What a great question. it's like we lose our 5th Amendment right when we write it down. How does one craft a life where there is absolutely no need for keeping secrets?

:) one thing I really admired about Mother Teresa was the way she unapologetically laid bare her inner conflicts, apprehensions, fears and opinions and in doing so became so fearless and free.
