I kept a journal since I was 12. Then in my 20s I had things to hide so I stopped being honest and then stopped writing. How do you keep a journal when you have real secrets?

@ineedadrink If there is an actual, physical, written account of an event, there is no guarantee that it won't be seen by someone.
