I Have Decided To Start Journaling Again

I kept a journal since I was 12. Then in my 20s I had things to hide so I stopped being honest and then stopped writing. How do you keep a journal when you have real secrets?

What a great question. it's like we lose our 5th Amendment right when we write it down. How does one craft a life where there is absolutely no need for keeping secrets?

:) one thing I really admired about Mother Teresa was the way she unapologetically laid bare her inner conflicts, apprehensions, fears and opinions and in doing so became so fearless and free.

It seems so simple to do so, yet ....
