I Love to Exercise

[c=#7700B2]I have seen a lot of topics about getting more fit and what exercises to do to achieve whatever goal and so I thought I would share this..
I have always been pretty slim I guess you could say but always exercised because I want to be more comfortable in my own body..
I have tried so many things to get results I want and nothing really worked out for me.. anyway about a month and a half ago I found two youtube channels with two amazing women who have free fitness videos for all areas of your body and I can honestly say that after doing several videos of theirs daily I have never actually seen results like this.. It is crazy how good those exercise videos work. I have mostly been doing the abs, legs and butt exercises and ohh god you feel it after it is done but in a really good way..

haha I get that this comes off sounding like a corny sponsorship or some crap but I just wanted to share their pages since people ask about exercises here a lot and well from my own experience these videos help

DDP yoga produces the same good results. If you’re on YouTube check out body rebooted too she is good

@PlumBerries the app isn’t, no. But you can see their videos on their website and YouTube for free and take it from there really
