I Love to Exercise

[c=#7700B2]I have seen a lot of topics about getting more fit and what exercises to do to achieve whatever goal and so I thought I would share this..
I have always been pretty slim I guess you could say but always exercised because I want to be more comfortable in my own body..
I have tried so many things to get results I want and nothing really worked out for me.. anyway about a month and a half ago I found two youtube channels with two amazing women who have free fitness videos for all areas of your body and I can honestly say that after doing several videos of theirs daily I have never actually seen results like this.. It is crazy how good those exercise videos work. I have mostly been doing the abs, legs and butt exercises and ohh god you feel it after it is done but in a really good way..

haha I get that this comes off sounding like a corny sponsorship or some crap but I just wanted to share their pages since people ask about exercises here a lot and well from my own experience these videos help

so if interested you should check out
"Emi Wong" and "Chloe Ting" on youtube[/c]

exercise in general does it for me with mostly my anxiety[/c]

@PlumBerries with a bow to @TexChik
My screenname is less due to Lao Tzu being the Taoist philosopher (although I read him and can toss around a number of his sayings) than his being the unofficial patron saint of martial arts (why you see yin/yang symbol on so many uniforms) along with Bodhidharma.
I took up kung fu some years back and pursue it as much for fitness as for "self-defense". Ms Chik is right about its mental benefits as well. Any martial art, with some side work on strength training and running, contributes to overall fitness.
Your mentioning anxiety, I think you should look into it. It can also provide moving meditation opportunities.
Best to you both. "With every breath, change is possible."
Don't neglect your back, shoulders and chest

DDP yoga produces the same good results. If you’re on YouTube check out body rebooted too she is good
@PlumBerries the app isn’t, no. But you can see their videos on their website and YouTube for free and take it from there really

@fallenite [c=#7700B2]I don't think professional trainers are that important.. You can learn the proper way to do exercises yourself and you don't have to pay a crap load either.. of course eating healthy is the most important part[/c]

@fallenite no shes right.. You can totally get the correct workouts alone without a trainer. People who hire personall trainers are actually just lazy and rely on someone to help them when in reality they couldve achieved results without a personal trainer.
