I Would Rather Be Behind the Camera Than In Front of It

Our professor had us make a short film for our final exam when I was a freshman. My group chose to do a psychological thriller film and one of them told me that I fit the description of the main character. Though it would have saved us a lot of money, I refused because: 1. I am awkward, 2. I always laugh nervously in front of cameras and 3. I can't act. I just can't.

So I ended up writing the screenplay and directing the film! Someday though I want to try facing the camera for a change.
I put cameras all around your house, hidden in the furniture, behind walls, around the corners. You've never noticed it but you've been in front of the camera for at least 7 months and I gotta say you're a NATURAL! You gotta get to some agency because you're thr best actress round

Step out of your comfort zone in life. I did, and I found out I love it. So may you when you do it!

It was a great job you took as writing and directing though, and not many can do that; not even as seasoned Hollywood actors.

@WillaKissing I'm not sure I'm at the stage where I feel confident enough to step out of my comfort zone, but soon, for sure!!

I mean it wasn't much 😅 The film was just for our final project, so it wasn't as good as other film students' works. Still, it was a lot of fun!
