I Have A Gut Feeling
I hate when it happens something bad happens I feel upset and I never know what it is and i have panic and aniexty attacks and very unsettled .

It's hard to explain it's a really horrible feeling in my stomach I can not control it makes me feel scared no matter how much I tried not to respond I can't help it and it's like a physic connection i can sense things before or after something happens .

Some people do have physical reactions to stuff....im not gonna discount that. The important thing is to not let those feelings control you or keep you on edge all the time

its not the WHAT that is the issue. Its the HOW do you chose to respnd to it, and deal with it. THATS the important thing and thats a choice you have to make yourself
