More painful than they have ever been

These cramps are excruciating. I feel like something is wringing out my insides. I have been nauseous, achey, had a headache, and sharp lower back pains for 2 days. 😭😭😭

Idk how the f*ck I'm going to make it at work tomorrow. I'm actually considering calling in sick but anyone who calls in sick has to provide a doctor's note to verify that you are Covid-negative before returning to work, and I can't see/afford a doctor on such short notice (I'm also too afraid to risk losing this job if I call in sick).

I'm in so much pain...if I have to bust my butt tomorrow at work there is a very real chance that I will pass out. This f*cking sucks. I want a g*ddamn hysterectomy asap.

Hey Sweetie, I suffered horribly from the time I started my period at 10 yrs old until I had my hysterectomy at 35. No Dr could tell me what was wrong. It felt like I was dying every month. Finally I went to a clinic with drs who were still in med school so they were in training but had fresh ideas. I was diagnosed with Deep Dispairinea and Vulvodynia... basically very painful diseases with no cure. I begged for them to take my uterus out but all the drs said no. I only went to women drs at the time. Well, 2 yrs after my diagnosis I went back to that clinic... I honestly said, I need the youngest most fresh out of med school, male dr you got. In my mind I was hoping for a surgery happy hot shot lol. I got him! He looked at my chart and said, why the hell do you still have a uterus? I had a hysterectomy 3 weeks later and all my pain stopped
