Hey, do you ever like to troll people?

Sometimes, a troller takes birth inside me but it's of Ephemeral nature.

I used to.
Now, I consider myself retired.
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
Not so much anymore but back in the day, yeah. I used to make fake accounts on Kong and EP pretending to be an MLG kid, and I would challenge people to 1v1 me on Rust and I'd called them a skrublord and say they're probably only at prestige level 5.

@BlueMetalChick
But the true meaning of trolling is when you say intentionally stupid or incorrect things to make people get frustrated or cause a reaction.

I'm in such shock, it's difficult for me to find the words. It's so nice to see someone who knows the true meaning.
You're right, over the years the true meaning has been lost.

@quinnlynn I feel like an internet veteran telling war stories with another of my kind lol

Too lazy to troll.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
Not really. I think "troll" and "PTSD" are two of the most misused terms on the planet.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@tiktok That's unrelated.

@tiktok I have no idea. Besides, I am trying to walk away from that whole thing because it doesn't "fit" with my spiritual journey. I'm beginning to understand why human intervention into human politics is not appropriate.
is that the same as "trailing"....u know like liking everything someone says and does but backing off if asked to actually interact???

Damn I wouldn't do that. Do people think that stuff is cute?

@MarmeeMarch Ok so the word "troll" has been very badly watered down and has lost most of its original meaning since people just say "troll" whenever they disagree with someone. But the true meaning of trolling is when you say intentionally stupid or incorrect things to make people get frustrated or cause a reaction.

Here's an example. When the video game "Call of Duty: Black Ops" came out back in the day, it included the song "Sympathy for the Devil" by the Rolling Stones in the soundtrack of one level. A lot of preteens and teens had never heard that song but they liked it from the game, and looked it up online. Someone in the comments section of the YouTube video said "It doesn't matter if you like the original from Black Ops or the remake by the Rolling Stones, they're both good." This was an obvious attempt to get people to rage at the guy for thinking Black Ops did the song first. The commenter knew that wasn't true but wanted to get people to lose their shit.

@BlueMetalChick was that comment or you? 😂
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@TheOrionbeltseeker Thankfully it wasn't lol although I wish I'd thought of it myself.
