Yes. My doctor recommended it because my feet were swelling. Turns out I have a shortage of creatine...but the Mediterranean diet is really healthy and good.
No white sugar, flour, veggies, or root veggies. No white rice. No butter, just olive oil. Salmon 2x per week, beef 2x per week. Whole wheat flour pasta, and whole wheat panko bread crumbs.
I bought spelt to cook and eat like cereal for breakfast, and it was pretty good!
