I've been wanting to lose 15 pounds for about a year.

And I haven't because I kept telling myself " I don't know what exercises to do" and " I don't know what to eat".

So I started looking at exercises on YouTube. I couldn't handle the Chloe Ting exercises so I moved on typing in low impact exercises.

The first time I saw it, I just simply watched the exercise.

A few days later I did it.
I didn't feel bad nor sick as I have in the past with other exercises, so I was able to continue.

It's been two weeks and my mom says
"What have you been doing? You look different, are you losing weight?"

I just smiled and walked off.

The ONLY thing I've been doing different is this exercise and I haven't had fast food since December started.

I've been eating more protein though, usually tuna. I still have my chips and cookies though mindful of how much of them I eat.

Said all of that to say, if you're wanting to lose weight and don't know where to start, just START [i]somewhere[/i].

If it's working, keep doing it, of it's not, do something different.

You don't need a fancy trainer to tell u that.
