In a business context, I'd say talent because it offers the best shot at performance. Enthusiasm doesn't mean results and consistency can mean 'just getting by."
if my talent is self-mastery (meditation, controlling my thought and my emotions) then with time I can recreate the two other ones. enthusiasm is more pleasant but i stay away from people who are driven by simple-minded enthusiasm and no consistency or talent. only consistency and not talent or enthusiasm would work but would be boring as fuck.
in terms of what? life in general? probably luck, for that actually. talent is always a good option. enthusiasm helps. consistency is ... well there's the 'I prefer rogues to imbeciles' quote. I'm not sure that any particular one can be increased to compensate for a lack of the other.
