I Love Meditation

Suffered with depression for years and still not fully over it. Medication never worked for me but meditation helped me contain my low moods better than anything. It made me calmer and better able to face difficult tasks.

@DanielChristensen I don't enough either but I find it more beneficial when my mood is lower or I need to re focus.
