Look for the 1935 Universal Studio’s “Werewolf of London” starring Henry Hull and Warner Oland.
It pre dates Lon Chaney Jr’s “ Wolf man”
It is probably the first movie about werewolves that the audience sees the change occur.
It’s got some scenes that are humorous, some touching on religion, and some you think...this is one “ dapper werewolf” as he leaves his laboratory but not before dressing for his upcoming reign of carnage.
Worth watching and in B&W too.

@SarahAndSamantha There's a rather unknown movie with Ian Glen and Anna Paquin called The Darkness, it's set in Spanish and while it's subtle, it's a good horror movie.

@Allelse I wanna say I've seen the darkness, but I don't really remember. If I did, it was in one of my marathon movie sessions and they get kinda fuzzy some times

@SarahAndSamantha I watched a Netflix movie last night called Cargo about zombies in Australia, that was pretty good.
Dolores Claiborne, Misery, I'm Thinking of Ending Things, The Invisible Guardian

@lovelywarpedlemon all but the invisible guardian. Misery is a masterwork of non-supernatural horror.
