What wouldn't make good wall-paper?

4meAndyou · F
Bubble wrap. It was actually developed as wallpaper, and was supposed to be soundproof. You can see what happened. 😉

Wood chip!

Our first house was covered in it. I still have memories of trying to remove the bloody stuff. Nightmare

I feel your pain as we also had that on the first house we bought. It is like sticky glue to remove; horrid stuff. Mind you, one wall had Artex on it!@SW-User

Is that it?All I remember is we had toilet paper that looked like tracing paper when I was a kid.
pennynoodles · 56-60, F
Yes, that is Izal. What awful stuff that was; I swear I still bear the scars! It was totally non-absorbent and scratched every surface that it met with.

Eek! That did sort of happen to my friend when her daughter had a friend round. They were allowed to play upstairs and when the mum's went up to see how they were getting on, they had plastered them all over the bedroom wall. @Shayla
