Have you ever Laughed or Cried when someone gets the contents of a muddy puddle sprayed over them.

The small town where I grew up it was as funny as buying the pedestrian new clothes and $500 bucks on spot! Either way when you did it intentionally or not that was the joke you had to laugh at 😂 so when it was raining or been raining you had to be quick to grab the number plate and if they didn't stop, you just needed one witness, the clothes your wearing and a stop to the next police station! Sometimes if you stopped was much better as you can negotiate the price!!

Having been that person on more than one occasion, I do neither. I take the plate number of the vehicle and call in their reckless and possibly inebriated driving.

I once had a woman splash me like this as I stood at a bus stop, she was subsequently stopped by the light. I filled my coffee cup full of the muddy water she'd just splashed 10 people with, opened her car door and threw it in her face. Much to the applause of the others at the bus stop.
