Is SW becoming a dating site?

sometimes people bare their souls here and they receive support that opens them up to forming very close connections with others, which in turn opens them up to being able to develop feelings for the people they're talking to... I don't know why people act brand new, it happened thousands of times on EP. if you don't want a relationship, that's cool. don't look for one. but I think it's weird to judge people for developing feelings for someone else online. I'm not saying it's safe, I'm not saying that there isn't a lot of deception that comes with that, but why would I look down on people for being happy? lol

That would be nice, but it wouldn't stop the very determined creeps who want to cyber flirt against people's will.

I wondered about that when I saw that they included dating as one of the options for interests here. I think if people happen to meet here and a real romance blossoms between them, great. Of course, it needs to be mutual, and I am definitely not looking for that here. But if someone else is, I'm not going to judge them. I will respect their wishes and hope that they respect mine in return.
