I would have to think that with the way they are developed now, that a digital image is saved somewhere. The whole process is computerized and photos are printed rather than developed.
@summerlove The ethical response is yes, after the prints are picked up there is no need for a digital copy. I use to have a friend who developed pictures and he had some doozies. I think if I was going to indulge in some voyeuristic activity with a camera, I would use a digital camera and confine it to my own computer and printer.
know a lady who worked at CVS and if someone brought in racy photos they would make a second copy for their pleasure. not illegal as long as they weren't sol or distributed
@eMortal Where I live you do that too. This is just a hypothetical question if someone forgot there are embarrassing photos on their phone and someone develops photos for them at a store, if they delete them afterwards
