What savoury flavours of ice-cream do you think might work?

I dunno if "savory" and "ice cream" mix well. There's this ice cream parlor near my house called Jeni's, and they make their ice cream good and fresh with quality ingredients, but all their flavors suck. They have a good chocolate, and they have a watermelon one that's kinda like sorbet which is tasty as well. But the rest of their flavors are weird ass hipster shit like "brown butter and almond" or "sweet potato" or "geranium" or "ricotta and goat cheese." Like, they don't have strawberry or mint chip or anything that makes sense.

I had good poppy seed ice cream

Corned Beef flavoured...mmm

Maybe sour ice -cream with baked potato pieces? Instead of the usual baked potatoes with sour cream.

Or, maybe jalapeno pepper ice cream. The fat in the ice cream will "cut" the acid of the peppers.

I consider dark double chocolate savoury, it's a meal in itself.
