Do you have a dog that barks all the time at any noise?

Its not his fault though. People have been whistling and egging him on. Just now some young people just came into my front yard to make fun of him over the fence. So I burst out of the front door barking like a dog myself.
Considering how fast they ran off I can guess that they wont be back.
