@Stephanidunord I wanted to visit Russia before, but the rules are strange. Have to be in an official tour group. I think there is a loophole -- arriving in St. Petersburg by ship/ferry. Estonia is a nice place...maybe can take a ferry from there and get into Russia as just an individual.
