I Am Feeling Confused and Unsure

I feel terrible for my new landlord. Shes 65 and her husband is 75 and he has dementia. She works fulltime and she has had terrible luck with tenants. She lives on the first floor and i moved into the third. The guy on the second is really loud and inconsiderate to her.
I was in that situation with loud inconsiderate neighbors for 6 years. Thats why i moved. Now shes going through it.

She wants me to help her evict him but i kind of dont want to get involved. She wants me to accompany her to court to help her with paperwork. Idk what to do. I kind of dont want to get involved but it hurts me to see her cry and suffer.

If she is the landlord she can force him out with just the loud music alone. You don't really need to go to court over it

@smileylovesgaming shes like a pitbull. She yells at him all the time but he doesnt seem to care

@DarkSideoftheMoon yea she doesn't need to go to court over this. Gee one of my neighbors rent's house's and she forces people out of the house all the time. Gee close to 10 just this year

@smileylovesgaming wow. An eviction is terrible on someones record. That should be enough to just leave

@DarkSideoftheMoon reason to many complaints is enough alone

@smileylovesgaming but this guy doesnt care about himself or anyone else. His dad pays his rent and he doesnt work. He just drinks all day and brings friends over

@DarkSideoftheMoon doesn't matter who pays. If the dad does come around tell him to many complaints.
