I Think Good Health and Physical Fitness Is a Top Priority
You get one body. No matter who you are or how old you are or what your situation is, there are things you can do to make you feel healthier and live not just a longer life, but also, a higher-quality life. It's a shame that, for so long, I have not realized this. Everyone has the right to do whatever they want with their own body. Also, everyone has the right to understand how they can improve their health. I would just like to encourage everyone, no matter who you are, to exercise regularly, just because it improves physical, mental, and emotional health to do so. And seeing other people work to improve their health can also be inspiring.
