Yes ma'am. Me too. 😂 Chronic, daily migraines 17 years, chronic daily muscle spasms, ice pick headaches, now arthritis and fibro. Have to find joy in moments I didn't even used to process or the pain takes over.

I'm so sorry you're suffering. I hope you find some relief!

@KayraJordyn Thank you. Yes, there are days that are harder than others. I have tried to keep medication to a minimum and instead change my lifestyle. But it's something that progresses slowly no matter how much you try it not to.

I just saw this from last year. Man, I was in a much better place, pain-wise. (However, I was broken up with the next day, lol. Oy vey!) I had been taking courses in chronic pain in the city. I wish I was in that place now! Physically, mentally, emotionally.) My heart has been in sinus tachycardia since August, and I've been on a med for it since then that makes me gain weight. (I look like that Michelin marshmallow mascot guy!) Anyway, I intend on changing meds and my future. It's good to look back, though, and see where things were back then! Thank you. :) @Underconstruction
